Order Cancellation Policy

🔹 Before Dispatch
  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised by contacting our support team immediately.
  • A payment gateway processing fee may be deducted from prepaid order refunds, unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
🔹 After Dispatch
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, under any circumstances.
  • Refusal of delivery for non-defective products will not be treated as a valid cancellation and may attract return shipping charges.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of gaming products and electronics, returns are limited and strictly governed by the conditions below.

✅ Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • A wrong product has been delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (verified as per brand/manufacturer guidelines)
❌ Non-Eligible Cases (No Return / Refund)

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Compatibility issues (region, device, software, or user setup)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Improper installation or usage
  • Tampered, opened, or missing seals/labels
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
  • Digital products, downloadable codes, or activated software
  • Sealed video game discs once opened (unless defective)

Reporting & Replacement Process

Time Limit for Reporting Issues
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period may not be entertained.
  • Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Replacement Process
  • Eligible products will be replaced, not refunded, wherever possible.
  • Replacement will be processed only after verification by our support team, and receipt of the returned product (if applicable).
  • Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability.

Refund Policy & Return Shipping

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
  • Shipping / courier charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
  • In cases where return is approved due to our error, return shipping instructions will be provided.
  • If a return is initiated for reasons not attributable to Level Up Games, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Special Conditions & Right to Reject

Special Conditions for Electronics & Gaming Products
  • Any physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse will void eligibility for return or replacement.
  • Manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is governed solely by the brand’s terms.
  • Level Up Games does not provide independent warranties unless expressly stated.
Right to Reject Returns

Level Up Games reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if:

  • The product fails quality inspection
  • The return does not meet policy conditions
  • There is evidence of misuse, tampering, or fraud

Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
