At Level Up Games, we strive to ensure that every customer receives 100% genuine products in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully, as it governs cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for all purchases made on www.levelupgames.in.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests must be raised by contacting our support team immediately.
- A payment gateway processing fee may be deducted from prepaid order refunds, unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, under any circumstances.
- Refusal of delivery for non-defective products will not be treated as a valid cancellation and may attract return shipping charges.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of gaming products and electronics, returns are limited and strictly governed by the conditions below.
A return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit
- A wrong product has been delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect (verified as per brand/manufacturer guidelines)
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Compatibility issues (region, device, software, or user setup)
- Normal wear and tear
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Improper installation or usage
- Tampered, opened, or missing seals/labels
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
- Digital products, downloadable codes, or activated software
- Sealed video game discs once opened (unless defective)
Reporting & Replacement Process
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period may not be entertained.
- Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Eligible products will be replaced, not refunded, wherever possible.
- Replacement will be processed only after verification by our support team, and receipt of the returned product (if applicable).
- Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability.
Refund Policy & Return Shipping
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
- Shipping / courier charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- In cases where return is approved due to our error, return shipping instructions will be provided.
- If a return is initiated for reasons not attributable to Level Up Games, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Special Conditions & Right to Reject
- Any physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse will void eligibility for return or replacement.
- Manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is governed solely by the brand’s terms.
- Level Up Games does not provide independent warranties unless expressly stated.
Level Up Games reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if:
- The product fails quality inspection
- The return does not meet policy conditions
- There is evidence of misuse, tampering, or fraud
Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
