How is this different from the brand warranty?
The official brand warranty covers your first year by default. The LevelUp Seller Warranty adds a second year on top, provided by us as the seller. During that second year, you deal directly with our team — no brand service-centre queues.
What does the seller warranty cover?
Hardware defects — faults in the product itself under normal use. Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorised repairs aren't covered. Full details are in our terms & conditions.
How do I make a claim if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp with your registered name and serial number. Our team verifies your registration and processes claims within 48 hours, then guides you through the repair or replacement process personally.
I bought on Amazon or Flipkart — am I eligible?

Is my personal data safe?

Where do I find my serial number?
On a Nintendo Switch, it's on the sticker on the bottom of the console. On a DualSense controller, it's on the label on the back. It usually starts with letters followed by a string of digits.
